: Yes – you can choose to reach out to your project strategist or submit a request via our easy request form for any work needed. If you find yourself consistently needing support, we recommend asking about our support retainers for reduced rate and added optimization work.
: Larger maintenance requests (above 10 hours) will receive a scope before work is started. These projects will typically be billed 50% at kick off and 50% at completion. You can expedite smaller requests by setting a pre-approved hour limit with your project manager. For these requests, you’ll be billed for hours used at the end of each month.
