Priority Web Maintenance

Clients with a Health & Maintenance Retainer receive prioritized, personal support, updates, and maintenance from tenured staff who ensure your website continues working hard for you. Clients can expect most responses and simple resolutions within a business day and expedited ETAs for more complex requests.

A Dedicated Website Strategist & Project Manager

Each retainer is assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinates work across a suite of specialists, ensuring everyone is up to speed and knowledge is shared team-wide. You have the option to meet with your project manager on a regular basis to discuss performance and upcoming priorities for ongoing web strategy when you need it.

Proactive Site Health/Performance Optimizations

Regular scans and performance monitoring are quickly addressed by your dedicated team, often without your input. Clients receive notifications for improvements and optimizations made each month along with reports on the health and performance of their website.

Discounted Hourly Rates & Bonus Hours

Clients with a minimum of 10 hours/month in their Health & Maintenance Package are eligible for discounts on hourly rates and are gifted 10% of their total hours each month which they may choose to use for additional updates or their team may leverage for additional optimizations.

Performance Hosting & Security

Clients that are a good fit may also choose to include managed hosting. Hosting with workhorse includes: Enhanced Security Improved Performance Monitoring & Backups Complimentary Updates & Patches

FAQs

As a dedicated retainer, prioritizing your request is part of our monthly planning. Your project manager will likely reach out proactively to find out what is on your radar, but you can also email your project manager directly to kick off a request.

Your project manager will notify you once you’ve reached 70% of your monthly budget or if they expect a request to take you over budget. In that case, you can decide if you’d like to pay an overage or hold work until the next calendar month. If you have rollover hours your project manager may also use those to cover the difference. As a retainer client, you are also gifted up to 10% of overage meaning you won’t be asked for an overage unless the budget is expected to go beyond 110%.

You’ll be billed the agreed-upon flat rate for your retainer on the first of the month. Hours are allocated each month and refreshed on the first of each month. If you begin a retainer mid-month, you can choose to prorate the month.
