As a dedicated retainer, prioritizing your request is part of our monthly planning. Your project manager will likely reach out proactively to find out what is on your radar, but you can also email your project manager directly to kick off a request.

Your project manager will notify you once you’ve reached 70% of your monthly budget or if they expect a request to take you over budget. In that case, you can decide if you’d like to pay an overage or hold work until the next calendar month. If you have rollover hours your project manager may also use those to cover the difference. As a retainer client, you are also gifted up to 10% of overage meaning you won’t be asked for an overage unless the budget is expected to go beyond 110%.

You’ll be billed the agreed-upon flat rate for your retainer on the first of the month. Hours are allocated each month and refreshed on the first of each month. If you begin a retainer mid-month, you can choose to prorate the month.
